Rapa Cabbage contains few glycides and proteins, but many fibers, minerals and vitamins. The cabbages contain sulfur, calcium, selenium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, copper, sodium, vitamins of the B group, including folic acid and vitamin C, which makes its vitamin E easily absorbable.
